Trend Spot: Hollywood Waves

From office events and festive celebrations, to cocktail parties and dinner parties, it can be hard to keep your hairstyle fresh throughout the festive season. Hollywood waves, a classic, yet slick and refined look is sweeping the festive party look books this season. Belle Magazine has teamed up with Hair Rehab London to provide you with a step-by-step guide to glamorous Hollywood inspired waves.  

Step 1: Section the hair with your fingers just above the ear and hold the top section up with some clips

Step 2: Back comb the hair where the hair piece clips will go to ensure a long lasting hold

Step 3: Open the clips on your Hair Rehab London Luxe Collection Clip-Ins and secure them to the hair

Step 4: Repeat these steps on the section section of hair, which should start at the eye line.

Step 5: You'll then be left with two, two inch pieces of hair. Section the hair into a deep side parting and place one piece just above the ear and another an inch above that.

Step 6: Using a medium sized barrel curler, begin by picking up half an inch section and flat wrapping it under the barrel and around , holding diagonally for 8-10 seconds.

Step 7: Repeat the technique throughout the whole head.

Step 8: Once cool, lightly brush through with a paddle brush to transform the curl into a soft wave.
